Welcome to Blyp. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Blyp’s platform, including our website, mobile applications, and all related services, features, and content offered by Blyp. By accessing or using the platform in any manner, you agree to be bound by these Terms and acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted all provisions stated herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
Blyp operates as a digital content platform focused on micro drama storytelling, including original in-house productions and curated series. These Terms are designed to ensure a safe, fair, and consistent experience for all users while protecting the integrity, intellectual property, and operational framework of the Blyp ecosystem.
1. Eligibility and Access
You must be at least 13 years of age to access or use Blyp. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use the platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms. By using Blyp, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements and that all information provided by you is accurate and complete.
Access to Blyp may require the creation of an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. Blyp shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.
2. Content and Intellectual Property
All content available on Blyp, including but not limited to videos, visual assets, text, audio, design elements, and Blyp Originals, is owned by Blyp or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Blyp Originals represent proprietary in-house productions and form a core part of Blyp’s long-term intellectual property strategy.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and view content solely for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content without prior written consent from Blyp.
3. Subscriptions, Billing and Payments
Blyp offers subscription-based access to certain premium content and features, including Blyp Originals. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees as displayed at the time of purchase. Subscription plans may include introductory offers, trial pricing, or promotional access periods, after which standard billing rates will apply.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you expressly authorize Blyp and its payment partners to automatically charge your selected payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle unless you cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date. Billing cycles may be monthly or as otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will continue to have access to the service until that period concludes. Blyp does not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle.
All payments made to Blyp are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Blyp does not guarantee refunds for reasons including but not limited to lack of usage, content preferences, or accidental purchases.
Blyp reserves the right to modify subscription pricing, features, or billing structures at its discretion. Any such changes will be communicated in advance, and continued use of the subscription following such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.
4. User Conduct and Platform Integrity
You agree to use Blyp in a lawful and responsible manner. You shall not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the platform, including but not limited to unauthorized access, reverse engineering, exploitation of vulnerabilities, or circumvention of security measures.
Users are prohibited from uploading, sharing, or distributing content that is harmful, abusive, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise violates applicable laws or the rights of others. Blyp reserves the right to remove such content and take appropriate action against accounts involved in such activities.
5. Termination
Blyp reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or if your use of the platform poses a risk to Blyp, its users, or its operations. Upon termination, your right to access and use the platform will cease immediately.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Blyp platform is provided on an as available and as is basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Blyp does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free functionality, or the availability of specific content at all times.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blyp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform.
8. Privacy
Your use of Blyp is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to Terms
Blyp reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, India.
